Please do not just send an item back because we do assign return ID? s. Refunds will be issued upon the delivery of the item back to us. If item is returned in nonsalable condition (worn, washed, and without hangtags attached), a 20% restocking fee is taken off of your refund. EXCHANGE POLICY We do not simply just do an exchange. What we do is have you return the item using our return policy. Then upon receiving the return, we will complete a refund. For instance, if you purchase an item on Friday, it will not be handled until Monday and will be dropped off Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning.
