Junior to Mid Level Back End Developer

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Back-End Web Developer to join the team. Your primary focus will be unit and integration testing and learning MoneyGuidePro source code.
Responsibilities
  • Unit testing and integration testing
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server-side logic
  • Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implementation of security and data protection
  • Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
  • Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

Skills:
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science with 1 to 3 years of .NET and C# coding experience.
  • 1+ yearsâ experience with client facing software.
  • 1+ yearsâ experience with Linq
  • Team-player attitude and willingness to take initiative and project ownership is a must.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Strong mathematical skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
