Account Manager Job Description/
Responsibilities:
Generate, manage and maintain reports designed to provide analytical support to agents Quote and bind insurance policies Issue Certificates of Insurance Make policy changes File claims Take payments Maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience High school diploma Proficient in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, CRM, email and internet Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy Outstanding customer service skills Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills Exceptional communication skills We offer attractive, competitive compensation with paid vacation, personal days and opportunity to grow.
Salary will be based on relevant commercial experience in the insurance industry.
Bonus potential and commission contingent on licensing.
This position will work a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home per week once training is complete.
